1. Available Withdrawal Methods

- transfer to approved digital wallets;
- transfer to cryptocurrency exchanges linked to the user’s account.
The account holder’s name must exactly match the name registered in the user’s profile to prevent fraudulent activity.
2. Withdrawal Processing Time
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 business hours from the moment the request is submitted.

Requests submitted outside business hours are processed on the next business day.
3. Fees and Charges

4. Withdrawal Limits

5. Mandatory Identity Verification (KYC)
- a copy of a valid passport or other official identification document;

Withdrawals cannot be processed until all required verification steps are completed.

Users may request cancellation or modification of a withdrawal request as long as it has not yet entered the processing stage. Once processing has begun, the request cannot be cancelled or changed.
